Tuition covers conference attendance, a variety of resources and meals, including breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks, as well as a Tuesday night reception and seated dinner crafted by the exceptional culinary staff of the resort.

Accommodations
The 2026 Leadership Retreat took place at the beautiful beachside Omni Amelia Island Resort at 39 Beach Lagoon Road in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, Florida.

It was my first time attending the conference and I truly appreciated the energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge. I really enjoyed the smaller sessions and group chats. As a small hospital and a newbie to health care, I appreciated hearing about the experiences of the group members. I believe a key to a great conference is that you walk away with three or four particular ideas that you can implement right away. I'm walking away with a small book of ideas!
