The 2025 Leadership Retreat will take place at the beautiful beachside Omni Amelia Island Resort at 39 Beach Lagoon Road in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, Florida. The Omni Amelia Island Resort is located approximately 30 miles from Jacksonville International Airport. A car is not needed for the retreat as all sessions and meals occur on site.
It was my first time attending the conference and I truly appreciated the energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge. I really enjoyed the smaller sessions and group chats. As a small hospital and a newbie to health care, I appreciated hearing about the experiences of the group members. I believe a key to a great conference is that you walk away with three or four particular ideas that you can implement right away. I'm walking away with a small book of ideas!
