Our Team

With more than two decades of experience in fundraising, leadership and community engagement, Cory Davies has guided transformative growth in philanthropy within community hospitals and nonprofit organizations. With Accordant, Cory partners with mission-driven boards and executive leaders to advance excellence in governance, engagement and strategic planning.

Cory’s leadership has driven exponential increases in philanthropic returns, including multiple successful capital campaigns that have supported new facilities, advanced clinical innovations and expanded patient-centered care. In addition to his philanthropic leadership, Cory has served in key operational roles within a regional health system, helping bridge conversations between hospital leaders, clinicians and development teams to align charitable giving with organizational strategy and impact.

Cory’s work has been recognized nationally, earning “High Performer” status from the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP). He has also been named one of AHP’s “Top 40 Under 40” and one of the Shenandoah Valley Business Journal’s “Top 10 Under 40” honorees for his leadership and impact in the field.

A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Cory also holds certificates in Non-profit Management from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and in Fundraising Management from the AHP Institute for Healthcare Philanthropy at the University of Wisconsin. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Utah and with honors from American University in Washington, D.C.
